How do I sign in?
Use Google, Microsoft, Apple, or a one-time code sent to your email. No Twofold password is needed. If a code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and confirm the address you entered before requesting a new code.
Where are my projects saved?
Your projects live in this browser, with a separate workspace for each signed-in account. Work created before signing in stays in the guest workspace. Use the same account, browser, and device to return to your work. Projects do not sync across devices yet.
Why can’t I generate a project?
Sign in first, then select Preview credits in the builder to check the connection and your remaining credits. The preview has a shared monthly allowance; failed and canceled AI attempts also use a credit. Examples, manual edits, and exports don’t use credits.
How do I keep a copy of my work?
Open your project and choose Export code. Your ZIP includes the website, companion app, and instructions. Export important work before clearing browser storage.
What should I include in a support request?
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and any error message. A screenshot can help. Please don’t include passwords, verification codes, API keys, or confidential project files.
